Taya Rankin is an experienced Indigenous Administration Professional with over 16 years of service in Indigenous and government sectors, including restorative justice, fisheries, municipal bylaws, and community-based initiatives. She is committed to creating respectful, cultural safe spaces that reflect the values and priorities of Indigenous governance. Having worked in various capacities for the St’at’imc Nations, Taya understands that strong relationships with communities, members, and partner organizations are invaluable—because as Indigenous Peoples, we are relational, not transactional.
