On May 13, 2026, the Forward Summit is proud to host a Charity Gala in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Legacy of Hope Foundation (LHF) at the Grey Eagle Casino in Calgary, Alberta.
Join us at 6:00 p.m. for a powerful and inspiring evening that brings together community, compassion, and commitment to Reconciliation.
All proceeds from the evening will support the work of the Legacy of Hope Foundation, helping advance education, healing, and awareness around the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools.

The Legacy of Hope Foundation is a national, Indigenous-led, charitable organization that has been working to promote healing and Reconciliation in Canada for over 25 years, and Forward Summit’s official nominated charity.
Their goal is to educate Canadians about the history and existing intergenerational impacts from attending the Residential and Day School and/or being involved in the Child Welfare System on Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) Survivors, their families, and communities.

What is the dress code?
The evening follows a Business Casual dress code.
Can I sponsor, or donate to the gala in advance?

When do I need to purchase tickets by?
Tickets can be purchased up until the day of the event, although we encourage you to purchase as early as possible to secure your seat.
Does my Forward Summit registration include access to the gala?
No, Gala tickets are separate and must be purchased independently.
Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation or sponsorship?
Yes, all donations and sponsorships are eligible for tax receipts issued by the Legacy of Hope Foundation.
