Hello, I’m Michelle Lillos, a Talent Acquisition Partner. I’m proud to bring a strong foundation in customer service and extensive hands-on experience recruiting in the fast-paced mining and metals industry. My focus is on creating exceptional recruitment experiences by building meaningful relationships with candidates, leaders, and within communities. I also want to acknowledge that I am Métis and on a personal and cultural learning journey. I discovered my Indigenous identity in my teens, and as I continue to grow in my career, I’m also working on deepening my understanding of my own heritage. This ongoing journey fuels my passion for how I connect with others, how I show up in my work, and, most importantly, how I engage with candidates and community stakeholders in a way that is respectful, inclusive, and authentic.
