In his role as Director, Indigenous Engagement, Gavin Domitter is responsible for the design and evolution of Milestone’s Indigenous Engagement Strategy. He collaborates with all levels of the organization, rights-holders, and private and public stakeholders, in the pursuit of meaningful engagement that spans corporate and project-based operations, and a portfolio of successful and long-term partnerships.  

Over 15 years Gavin has demonstrated a business acumen and ability to develop collaborative and meaningful relationships with First Nation, Metis and Inuit peoples, communities and businesses. His extensive operations background is equally matched with a relational and business development approach that fosters unique value-added and mutually beneficial opportunities promoting long term capacity development.
