Branko is the Vice President of Business Solutions at Securiguard Services Ltd., where he plays a key role in advancing community-based safety solutions in collaboration with Indigenous partners across Canada. With nearly 30 years of experience in the security industry, Branko has led the development of over 29 Indigenous partnerships rooted in mutual respect, cultural understanding, and long-term economic empowerment. 

Under his leadership, Securiguard has deepened its commitment to Indigenous communities through a four-pillar approach that focuses on pre-employment training, long-term career development, engagement with Indigenous-owned businesses, and revenue generation for each Nation. These partnerships are designed to reflect the unique histories, traditions, and needs of each community—ensuring that safety services align not only with project requirements but also with local values and priorities. 

Branko’s approach emphasizes meaningful engagement and open dialogue, with a focus on reducing barriers to employment and fostering lasting relationships that go beyond project timelines. His work supports Securiguard’s broader mission of building inclusive, culturally informed safety programs that support both community well-being and project success.

Outside of his work at Securiguard, Branko is deeply involved in community service. He currently serves as Chair of the BC & Yukon Chapter Advisory Board for Make-A-Wish Canada, where he has played a pivotal role in supporting key fundraising initiatives, building community connections, and advancing the organization’s mission. In recognition of his efforts, Branko was recently named Provincial Volunteer of the Year—an honour that speaks to his leadership, empathy, and unwavering commitment to making a difference.
