Theresa Lynn is a Strategic Programs Director with TELUS located in central Alberta. She currently works on initiatives such as TELUS’ Indigenous Reconciliation Program, DE&I, workforce evolution and much more. Theresa has been with TELUS for 15 years spending the majority of her TELUS career leading day to day field operations while carrying various department portfolios ranging from rural and Indigenous connectivity, to talent attraction, recruitment and development. A recipient of two awards from the Province of Alberta for her efforts during natural disasters, several leadership awards, and numerous acknowledgements for her for her dedicated volunteerism, Theresa can often be found leading from the front with her mantra, “Do good, have fun”.
