Ian Wilson (PAg, EP, BSc, MBA) is the Business Unit Manager for Environmental Remediation with the Saskatchewan Research Council where he leads an inter-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers and project managers tasked with the assessment and remediation of 37 former Cold War legacy uranium mine and mill sites. Ian has more than 15 years of environmental remediation experience and has successfully managed more than 200 assessment, remediation and site decommissioning projects around the world. Through his work experience, Ian has developed a successful track record with developing policies, strategies, and mechanisms that maximize local Indigenous engagement, capacity building, and training opportunities.
