Sharon G. K. Singh, Co-Head of McMillan’s Indigenous and Environment practices, brings nearly 20 years of experience advising on Indigenous, environmental, and governance matters in the major projects, including in mining and natural resources sectors. She is recognized for fostering collaborative partnerships with Indigenous nations and negotiating benefit agreements, structuring equity participation, and securing financing for critical mineral and infrastructure projects.
