Shannon Ralfs (she/her) is the Director of Infrastructure and Capital Projects for Malahat Nation. Over her 11 year career, she has also held roles overseeing the procurement and project management of archaeological, marine and land use planning, major capital projects, and natural resource management initiatives. She is passionate about working on projects that assert Indigenous rights and title, and is honoured to have the privilege to live and raise her four children with her husband on the unceded territories of the Quw’utsun and Malahat peoples.
