Sarah Dixon is a member of Esketemc within the Secwepemc Nation. She is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts Program at the University of Northern British Columbia pursing a degree in First Nations Studies with a double minor in indigenous ecological knowledge and political science. Sarah was a member of the UNBC First Nation Centre’s 2019-2020 Campus Cousins Program. She has been working with the Outland Youth Employment Program for 3 years as a ranger and a crew leader in training.
