Hello, my name is Ryan St Germaine. I am Red River Métis, with a mixed Indigenous-settler heritage. As someone with a background in technology and a solid commitment to fostering innovation, I have dedicated myself to growing the Indigenous Innovation Ecosystem. My current roles include Executive in Residence, Investment Committee Member, and Founder of a peer community for Indigenous founders, ecosystem partners and change makers. My expertise is creating connections between startups, accelerators, incubators, impact investors and governmental bodies to cultivate a thriving Indigenous technology and entrepreneurship environment. 

Throughout my professional career, I have demonstrated leadership skills as a founding member of numerous companies. I have also served as CEO within the Recruitment Tech and EdTech space, where I honed my skills in building marketplace platforms that upskill and connect technologists with tech companies. This experience has been invaluable in understanding the nuances of startup growth, from inception to scaling, and has enabled me to mentor and guide other Indigenous entrepreneurs effectively.
