Born in Vilna, Alberta/Whitefish Lake 1st Nation # 128, August 27, 1958, son of father late Alberta Houle and mother Myrtle Houle, 3 brother and 4 sisters, married to Irene Houle and proud parent of 1 son Rennie Craig Houle, 2 daughters Amanda Houle, Vanessa Houle Sanchez and 5 grandchildren. 

Worked in the Human Services Field for 42 years in areas of Emergency Management, Employment and Training , Recreation Management and Child Care  I believe in opportunity for all 1st Nation children, youth and adults, I believe that that “Every Child Matters” and “ No Child, Youth or Adult should be looking in from the outside. 

With strong mentoring, positive role modelling and support it provides great opportunity for individuals to succeed in their endeavors and journey in life, as a child and young person growing up, I had hard challenges; however, parental support, mentoring provided me to proceed in life with a strong work ethic, educational and leadership opportunities and accomplishments
