Patricia Graham is a proud citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario, residing in the beautiful Georgian Bay region. Since joining the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) Employment and Training team in 2018, Patricia has been dedicated to supporting Métis citizens in achieving meaningful and sustainable employment through education, skills training, career development, and workforce initiatives. 

As an Employer Partnerships Specialist, Patricia collaborates with employers, industry leaders, training providers, Indigenous organizations, and community partners to develop workforce solutions and employment pathways that connect Métis job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. She is passionate about fostering strategic partnerships that address workforce needs while advancing inclusive, culturally responsive employment practices across Ontario. 

Patricia is a certified Career Development Practitioner and holds an Honours Diploma in Social Service Worker from Georgian College, as well as an Indigenous Child and Youth Engagement Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University. Her expertise in career development, employer engagement, and workforce planning enables her to bridge the gap between employers seeking skilled talent and Métis citizens pursuing rewarding careers. 

In addition to her work with the MNO, Patricia sits on the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET) Gathering Committee and is the current Co-Chair of the  

Indigenous Skills, Employment, Apprenticeship, and Development (ISEAD) Board of Directors, where she works alongside Indigenous leaders and industry partners to advance workforce development, strengthen apprenticeship opportunities, and support Indigenous employment initiatives across Canada.
