I’m the Co-Founder and Executive Director of ComunidadIT and ComIT, two charitable organizations dedicated to breaking down employment barriers through accessible technology education. Since 2011, we’ve been working with underrepresented and highly talented individuals, providing them with the skills and opportunities needed to build meaningful careers in the tech industry.

Through our work across the Americas, ComunidadIT and ComIT have helped over 7,000 people secure jobs by offering tailored, no-cost IT training programs. Our mission is to ensure that everyone—regardless of background—has the opportunity to thrive in the global digital economy.

In 2020, I was honored to be named one of CBC Manitoba’s Future 40, featured in the Government of Canada’s #ImmigrationMatters campaign, highlighting the contributions of immigrants to the country’s future.

In 2021, ComIT launched the Recoding Futures program in partnership with Google Canada and with the support of organizations such as Indspire and the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs. This initiative has provided over 1,500 Indigenous learners across Canada with free IT training, empowering them to explore careers in technology.

Originally from Buenos Aires, I grew up in a working-class family and have proudly called Canada home for the past decade.
