Michelle Goodkey is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in sustainability, Indigenous economic reconciliation, and stakeholder relations within the forestry, mining, and energy sectors in Western Canada.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management (Forestry) from the University of Northern British Columbia, she specializes in bridging cultural differences between communities and organizations to facilitate the successful development of projects ranging from moderate-scale initiatives to billion-dollar ventures. Her expertise includes ESG target setting, regulatory compliance, community engagement, benefit agreement negotiations, and equity sharing in both public and private sectors.
