Meaghan has worked in supply chain for her entire career in many different industries and has spent the last 14 plus years of those at Ontario Power Generation (OPG). In her time at OPG she has not only supported many of the different supply chain functions, she has also had the opportunity to work in various energy environments from the largest coal generating station in North America at the time to both the Pickering and Darlington nuclear stations. Through her career she has supported OPG’s entire fleet which includes nuclear, hydro, oil/gas, biomass, and solar assets as well as supported OPG’s subsidiaries.  

A few of years ago, after noticing and speaking up at OPG about the lack of diversity she was seeing in the supply chain, she was supported by her leadership team to take over the Indigenous Procurement program and was tasked with developing a supplier diversity program. Today, Meaghan is the Senior Manager of Strategic Programs and manages for the OPG supply chain the Reconciliation Action Plan, the EDI strategy, the Climate Change plan, and the ESG programs and how they integrate into, across, and throughout the OPG supply chain.  

Meaghan is a proud mom of one and spends her free time camping or travelling with her family, curling, or flat water kayaking.
