Marion Roberts is a member of Timiskaming First Nation and an accomplished Indigenous leader with more than 40 years of experience advancing community wellbeing, governance, child and family services, and organizational transformation. 
 
Throughout her career, Marion has worked alongside First Nations leadership, Boards of Directors, Indigenous organizations, and public sector partners to strengthen governance, support Indigenous self-determination, advance reconciliation, and develop community-driven solutions. 
 
As Co-Founder of BMG Indigenous Services and a former senior executive in child welfare, Marion brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, governance oversight, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and systems change. 
 
She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, deep commitment to reconciliation, and ability to bridge Indigenous and non-Indigenous systems while centering Indigenous voices and priorities.
