Lucy Sager founded All Nations Driving Academy, an organization focused on advancing transportation equity and improving access to driver licensing education across British Columbia. The academy is now exploring opportunities to expand into Alberta. Her work examines how mobility intersects with broader social determinants including employment, healthcare access, food security, public safety, and community wellbeing  particularly for Indigenous, rural, remote, and first-generation drivers.

Drawing from both frontline educational experience and systems-level advocacy, Lucy works with communities, government, and industry partners to address barriers within the driver licensing system and to expand access to safe, culturally responsive licensing support. Her work has contributed to broader conversations around transportation infrastructure, reconciliation, and policy reform, including the realities faced by communities with limited access to testing, training, and licensing resources.

Lucy holds an MBA from the University of Northern British Columbia and began doctoral studies in Social Sciences at Royal Roads University, where her research explored visual ethnography and systems change. Alongside her policy and advocacy work, she is also an award-winning documentary photographer whose work explores themes of presence, relationship, and place. Across both fields, her work is grounded in the belief that access, visibility, and dignity matter — and that meaningful systems change begins by listening closely to the lived experiences of communities.
