Meet Lindsay:
Lindsay Worton is one of Canada’s most experienced IPD coaches, with 20 years in the design and construction industry. Her background spans architectural, owner, and construction roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective when facilitating collaborative projects. At Chandos, Lindsay supports IPD teams across Canada in building trust, improving communication, and making better decisions for successful project outcomes. She also serves on the board of the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA), helping to advance collaborative delivery practices nationwide.
