Kimberley founded WaVv over 16 years ago. WāVv is a unique group of companies that expedite the delivery of cross-industry solutions and innovation globally. Industries of focus are Aerospace, Defence, & Security, Energy, Tech, Ag, Military, Mining, Construction, with new industries being added every year.

Kimberley was appointed to the Canadian Delegation of the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG) 6yrs ago. She most recently was appointed as the Deputy Chair for the Community of Interest for NIAG- Allied Command Transformation Unit (ACT) (Innovation, C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), Logistics & Sustainment).  Kimberley is also part of the STO Technical Team Space Risk Assessment Matrix (S-RAM) and works closely with other divisions of NATO such as NCIA, NSPA, STO, APSS, and DIANA, to name a few. 
 
Kimberley’s efforts consistently take her to NATO HQ, NORAD & USNORTHCOM. She was awarded one of the Top 20 women in Defence in Canada by Esprit de Corps Magazine, and most recently a delegate of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference (#GGCLC) for 2022.
