Kevin Eshkawkogan is an Anishnabek leader from M’Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island and President and CEO of Indigenous Tourism Ontario. For more than two decades, he has been a driving force in advancing Indigenous tourism, entrepreneurship, and economic development across Ontario. He played a pivotal role in the growth of the Great Spirit Circle Trail and has helped establish and strengthen numerous tourism organizations and strategic partnerships. Recognized as the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario’s 2015 Tourism Champion of the Year, Kevin is a respected advocate, mentor, and visionary dedicated to fostering authentic Indigenous experiences, sustainable prosperity, and meaningful opportunities for Indigenous communities.
