Justin is fluently bilingual (French & English) and Indigenous (mixed background of Algonquin and Métis) from the Nipissing region in Northern Ontario. He brings over 15 years of management and consulting experience in education. Over his career in the public and private sectors, Justin has excelled in assisting organizations in becoming extremely high-performing and accountable through strategy development and execution, community wellness reviews, effective community relations, and policy and practice development. His previous work includes Indigenous community planning and business development for NGO’s, municipalities (Ec Dev), public and private organizations, as well as policy research and development, and organizational practice reviews. Justin is a master facilitator who has worked in 12 countries with hundreds of organizations over his career
