Erica Louttit, MSW, RSW, is an Indigenous Consultant at Emergent, covering Ontario and Quebec. She is a member of the Beausoleil First Nation. She is Elk clan. She is part of the Potawatomi and Cree Nations.

Erica is a proud mother of four and grandmother of one. She lives with her family on Christian Island, Ontario. For over 25 years, Erica has worked in various front-line positions within Indigenous communities. Her identity as an Anishinaabe Kwe is rooted in her strong belief system in Midewiwin and the teachings of the Seven Grandfathers.

In her role as an Indigenous Consultant at Emergent, she travels across Eastern Canada to First Nation communities and events to speak and have conversations about how the opioid crisis affects them.
