David is a civil engineer with a broad range of technical, management and business experience developed in engineering consulting over the last 14 years. He has managed engineering teams in municipal, buildings, heavy haul rail, municipal, site development, LRT, and bridges. He has experience in all phases of project execution from conception & feasibility through to preliminary and detailed design, construction, and commissioning. David’s experience also includes leadership in multi-functional and multi-disciplinary environments, process design, organizational design and development, change management, and team building. David has extensive experience with Project Management of projects of a variety of sizes and places a high value on client focus and project success.
