Meet Chief Chickite:
Ronnie is in his first term as elected chief of the WeWaiKai Nation in Campbell River.He is a fourth generation fisherman and currently still participating in the salmon, prawn, halibut, and roe and special use herring fisheries. He is also a board member for the Atlegay Fisheries Society.
