Biography
Chantal is an authentic, engaging, and motivational leader with years of business experience as a facilitator, and expert in leading and managing organizational change.
Founded by Chantal and Brian Milloy, Levvel is a Talent and Transformation Services organization that specializes in Recruitment and Executive Search, Organizational Change Solutions, and custom learning programs including SAGE TECHWORK, a competency-based skills and software testing program for Indigenous adults. Recognized by MacLean’s Magazine as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, Levvel is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and works with many of Canada’s well-recognized enterprise organizations.
Chantal works with companies to amplify their businesses, examine company cultures, and empower others to become better versions of themselves. As a community advocate who strives to learn more, do more, and pass it on daily, Chantal is a proud to be the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Distress Centre Calgary (DCC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing 24-hour crisis support and life counselling at no cost to Albertans. As well as a board member for the Alberta Chapter of the BlackNorth Initiative, an organization working hard to remove systemic barriers negatively affecting the lives of Black Canadians and a Women of Inspiration SupportHER® award recipient.
Her desire to level the playing field for underrepresented groups and lessen the digital divide in Tech for Indigenous peoples is paramount in all of Chantal’s personal and professional endeavors. She is excited to be a part of Forward Summit to offer insights and learn from others as Levvel continues the journey to economic reconciliation.
