Camden Lawrence is a proud member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte and resides in the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. Raised on his family’s farm in the Stirling area, Camden went on to attend Nyack University in the United States. There, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Sports Management, followed by a master’s degree in organizational leadership. Camden joined First Nations Agriculture & Finance Ontario (FNAFO), an Indigenous Financial Institution (IFI) serving communities across the province with offices in Tyendinaga (MBQ), Stirling, and Lambeth. He has been with the organization for over nine years, serving as General Manager for the past two. In this role, Camden has supported First Nations farming operations and businesses across Ontario. Today, he focuses on developing innovative programs and collaborating with governments and corporations to create stronger opportunities for First Nations businesses, communities, and the broader First Nations economy.
