Blaine Collett is a nationally respected leader in Indigenous relations and major project development, bringing more than 20 years of experience advancing Nationled economic growth across Canada’s energy, infrastructure, and resource sectors. A proud member of Kapawe’no First Nation, Blaine’s work is rooted in cultural integrity, governance alignment, and a commitment to ensuring Indigenous communities shape and benefit from the projects that impact their territories. 

His career includes executive and senior leadership roles with Indigenous development corporations, national construction firms, and advisory organizations. Blaine has guided organizations through complex negotiations, strategic planning, and the creation of business structures that support equity ownership, procurement inclusion, and longterm community capacity.
