Alison is committed to helping organizations better understand their employee experience so they can create a great place to work for all their employees, regardless of who they are or what job they do. Alison leverages GPTW’s unparalleled data library to uncover the leading workplace trends, and support organizations with specific and actionable feedback to drive their culture forward. Prior to joining the Institute, Alison worked in a variety of human resource roles in the manufacturing, professional services and not-for-profit sectors.
