Alexandra Cropp is a proud First Nations woman who has been working to support the prosperity of Indigenous communities since 2008. She was instrumental in the development of the Norway House Cree Nations Health Centre of Excellence, developing a new and innovative approach to community-based project management through self-devolution and governance. Partnering with Industry leaders to identify creative ways of enhancing Indigenous participation and capacity building throughout each phase of capital projects. Alexandra’s has a background in Supply Chain Management and Human Resources and recently completed the Yale School of Managements Women’s Leadership Program.
In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, we honour and acknowledge Moh’kinsstis, and the traditional Treaty 7 territory and oral practices of the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations.
