Alexandra is the Analyst, Indigenous and Regulatory Affairs with the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, a non-profit organization whose work centers on supporting a competitive, responsible, and sustainable mineral sector. Through her role, Alexandra advocates on behalf of the PDAC’s more than 7,000 members and leads the organization’s Indigenous Affairs program, which seeks to enhance industry engagement practices and elevate Indigenous participation in the mineral industry.

Prior to joining the PDAC, Alexandra worked in Northern Ontario supporting junior exploration companies to develop meaningful relationships with Indigenous Peoples and stakeholders while navigating federal and provincial approvals processes. Well versed in public policy and the complexities of mineral projects, Alexandra sees respect, continuous education, and open-mindedness as the cornerstones of productive and genuine collaboration between Indigenous Nations and industry.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor in Applied Sciences, Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts, History, from Queen’s University.
