The Leadership Council
Comprised of individuals who are deeply committed to advancing economic reconciliation and uniquely qualified to work collaboratively to address the most challenging issues pertaining to Indigenous prosperity, our Leadership Council lends their time and expertise to help inform and develop the Forward Summit conference program, and advise on prioritizing specific issues within a broader subject area
The Leadership Council plays a vital role in shaping the Summit agenda, and organizing the speakers and moderators. We lean on them to educate us on the most pressing challenges and trends found between communities and industry.
What the Leadership Council does:
Identifies
They help us identify emerging policy issues and provide guidance on a variety of business development challenges affecting Indigenous communities
Informs
They serve as a resource of expertise as questions surrounding specific topics arise and offer a well rounded, wide spectrum vantage point into Indigenous economies
Advises
They review the the full proposed agenda ahead of publication to provide any feedback if necessary, and advise the conference team on who to prioritize as speakers
